What is Corporate Housing?
Corporate Housing is short (30 day minimum) stays or long term stays in fully furnished, all inclusive of utilities, housewares, linens, TV’s, internet, 24/7 customer service, properties. Properties can range from studio apartments to large executive homes.

Housing Helpers is based in Boulder, Colorado but we have properties throughout the entire United States.

Is it only companies that can utilize corporate housing or can individual people rent them as well?
Companies for business travel, individuals, couples, whole families can lease one our properties. We work with people that are visiting family. People that are renovating their homes, or having to rebuild due to a disaster. Even people that want to just explore and get to know a new city. Corporate housing is also a great option for students, interns, and athletes. We host groups as well!

How would Corporate Housing be utilized when making a real estate purchase?
If you are looking to move to a new city, corporate housing is the best way to start your real estate purchase. It gets you to your new city and let’s you unwind and relax while searching for your perfect home in your new city, instead of having to make a rush decision. Once under contract on your new home, just give us the 30 day notice, close on your home in 30 days and move into your new home. Is a background check required?
Background checks are required for individuals that are leasing the home. Business travelers renting through their company typically do not need background checks because the companies are vetted instead. Depending on the actual property though, some require that each guest is background checked.

Is Corporate housing better than a hotel?
Absolutely! Hotels are great for stays under 30 days, but when you are staying somewhere for 30+ days, corporate housing is the only way to go. With our fully stocked kitchens, washer, and dryers, you can really make yourself at home. Eating out for every meal gets old and expensive.

What is the minimum and maximum length of stay?
The minimum length of stay is 30 days in most areas. There really is no maximum. you can either book a property for just the 30 days, go month to month, or for a year! We require a 30 day notice on month to month leases.

Are there properties that are accessible for people that are handicapped?
Absolutely! We have properties that are handicapped accessible.

Do you take pets?
Yes we do, we love pets! While not all properties allow them based on the rules for specific properties, most do and are welcome.

Why is corporate housing more costly than a traditional rental?
When you stay in a corporate property, the cost consists of not only the property rent, but the furniture, all utilities are included, as well as internet, smart TV’s, housewares, linens, etc. Plus you get our world class customer service 24/7!
