Kim Avery is pleased to have rejoined the brokerage of Housing Helpers of Colorado.

Prior to rejoining HH, Kim was the RE/MAX of Boulder, and Broker Associate with Housing Helpers for 14 years. As a Licensed Listing Coordinator for a sales group at Coldwell Banker, with this successful team of agents, she processed and prepared over 180 listings and closings. In covering all of the internet implementation, marketing and follow up, she is efficient and attune to details.

Ms. Avery began her real estate career with Alain Pinel Realtors in Northern California . This award winning company known for its Customer Service, Kim worked with the founding team as a Licensed Assistant and later as the Assistant Director of the Master's Program. APR’s highly regarded Master's Program is a 4-week long education program for new and veteran sales professionals in contract negotiation, agency relationships, marketing, technology and overall real estate career fulfillment.

After arriving in Colorado in 1997, she put her real estate career on hold to work for Boulder Valley School District as a Paraeducator with Louisville Middle School . She also spent 3 years as Assistant to the Director of Alexander Dawson Middle School, a local exclusive private school in Lafayette . Kim lives in Arvada with her husband, Dale, her golden retriever Tucker and Queen Bella, her cat.
