Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials
If you are locked out and need us to come out to the property to let you in, you will be charged a lock-out fee. If you lose your keys and we are required to re-key your locks or make extra keys you will be charged for that as well. If someone requests access to your property on your behalf and you do not authorize that access specifically in writing for a release of a key, we will not be able to give access to the property.
1. The prospective tenant has the right to provide to the landlord a portable tenant screening report, as defined in Section 38-12-90219 (2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes
and
2. If the prospective tenant provides the landlord with a portable tenant screening report, the landlord is prohibited from: charging the prospective tenant a rental application fee
or charging the prospective tenant a fee for the landlord to access or use the portable tenant 1099-5 screening report.
